Bridging the gap between impact investors and place leaders to establish a new flagship community asset

As Chair of Trustees at St Barnabas North London, I co-led Go+Grow, a £16.5 million relocation and redevelopment project to create a more inclusive and sustainable community hub.

My role included budget scrutiny, implementation advice and responsibility for shaping strategic comms, including creating the project website, videos and campaign planning.

Working closely with other members of the Delivery Board I co-led a direct giving campaign to successfully raise £2.5m from members over two years, as well as a £14m capital loan from the Diocese of London and a £160k philanthropic grant from a charitable trust.
